Feltrim International was established in 2006. And is part of the Feltrim group of companies founded by Property Developer and successful property entrepreneur Garrett Kenny. Having cut his teeth in the commercial property sector in his native Ireland, Garrett moved to Florida in 1996 to undertake a series of impressive and arguably ambitious commercial and residential property ventures. Creating his own real estate company, which is part of the global Coldwell Banker franchise, Garrett developed a one-stop-shop property service for local and international buyers. Having transacted in excess of $600 million worth of property sales since its inception, the Coldwell Banker Feltrim franchise has become the tour de force of the Central Florida real estate market. Running alongside his real estate sales and property management business, Garrett has successfully constructed several award-winning commercial and residential projects, the most notable of which is The Tuscana Resort, a $100 million Mediterranean inspired complex of 289 condominiums at Champions Gate in Orlando. As a founder member of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals), Garrett has been a driving force to improve standards and professionalism in the overseas property industry. 
Heading up the Feltrim International operation is Adam Cornwell. Having worked for over 20 years in the UK and international property sectors, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from working at the forefront of real estate in the UK, Spain and most recently Australia. Adam has marketed and sold property in diverse locations such as Cape Verde, Morocco, Egypt and Brazil. Having previously launched, built and operated his own international real estate business that transacted in excess of 100m Euro worth of international property sales, Adam is well versed in dealing with property developers, lawyers and buyers from every corner of the globe. Adam has a broad knowledge of property transactions and the legal processes in a variety of different countries as well as knowing what works in terms of property development success, Adam’s experience and knowledge also gives him an instinct of the pit falls to avoid. Adam has a burning passion for both travel and property, which he has cunningly combined to create his perfect job. OUR MISSION
